Cutaneous Capillary Hemangioma, or a Port Wine Stain, is similar to a birthmark. The red and purple tint is easily identified in this picture.

Notice the area along the left shoulder region and neck. Also take note to the dark purple region in the center of the pack below the latisimus region.

This is a fabulous picture for showing the marked color differences between the affected limb and the non-affected limb.
